When the group first met, they knew they needed an effective way to tell their story about working at their department.  Being a police office is challenging enough, now with recruitment proving to be an even bigger challenge, finding the right candidates can be difficult.  The leadership team knew they wanted to reach as much talent as they could and share the great qualities that Little Falls has to offer.  Just as important, they wanted to share what they were, and what they weren't so the applicants that did enter the process were all interested for the right reasons.  

The planning phase started out with ideas, concepts, things that everyone wanted to see.  A formal transition in to the pre-production phase involved all of the players.  A unique aspect to Little Falls was the amount of connection the department has with the community and all of the events the city hosts.  While this meant extra days capturing the charm of Little Falls, we were happy to make the story and idea come to life.  This project involved drone footage, interviews with community members on location, working with the officers in their unique specialty areas and visiting with the community.  

In the end the story told exceeded their expectations (their words, we promise) and they had a powerful tool to help find the future staff for their department.  Community feedback was positive and the team involved was eager to be involved and share their unique view on the city.
