An Installation Video Highlighting Details and Providing Value and Customer Support
Having a really cool product, as they say everything is bigger in Texas, Jared set out to make Honda UTV's bigger, taller, and more capable with his high quality lift kits. He wrote detailed, well documented instructions that were included with each kit, but also knew many wanted to learn visually. The installation process required various tools, removal of factory parts, and detail focused installation of the new components. Time was taken in the planning phase to go over the areas that challenged most customers, as well as helpful tips to prevent issues. The resulting level of customer satisfaction and creating a knowledge base for the users proved to be a valuable resource.
